All personal and business data is kept on secure servers with access limited to only employees of Withey Addison LLP.

Our employees and partners understand their responsibility to not disclose your information without your consent. Our privacy policies and procedures are clearly set out in our staff manuals and employment contracts we have with our employees. These contracts include a confidentiality agreement binding our employees to not disclose any private information pertaining to our clients during their employment and after their termination of employment.

We will only disclose information for the reason that it was collected unless you give us your consent to disclose it for other reasons.

Retention of Information

We will retain and safeguard your information for as long as we determine is necessary in order to preserve the information for governmental and professional purposes.

As you too have an obligation under the privacy legislation for this information, we assure you that this information will be kept private and confidential and subject to the same privacy protection as your own information as outlined above.

We ask that you notify us promptly of any changes in your personal information. Your private information maintained in our office is available for you to review, verify and correct if necessary.
